We are writing this note to you to let you know about our truly positive experience buying and selling a home recently with Howard Hanna.  Our agent, Doreen King out of the Greensburg office went above and beyond.  She took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know, and did not rush us through anything. She was always honest and looking out for our best interest.  Each step of the way she explained our options and made recommendations, but let us make all the decisions, and stood by the choices we made.  She did an outstanding job marketing and selling our home in a short amount of time.  Our new home purchase turned out to be an extremely difficult sale with many obstacles, however Doreen kept trudging on for us, always going the extra mile, and we are sure that it was her tireless efforts that kept the sale from falling apart.   We are grateful for the energy, devotion and pleasant personality she has had since we began working with her.  Doreen is not just an agent we met a year ago - we consider her our friend.

We are now settled in and very happy in our new home.
